What are your access and office hours?
Both facilities offer gate access between the hours of 6:00am - 10:00pm, including all holidays. Our facilities are remotely managed but we would be happy to speak with you over the phone between the hours of 8:00am - 8:00pm every day of the week.
Am I required to store long-term?
All Leases are month-to-month. Store with us short or long-term!
How do I pay my storage bill?
Pay your storage bill online using a debit/credit card or ACH bank transfer. You also have the option to mail your payment via check or money order. We even accept forms of social payments such as Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, etc. We highly recommend registering for Autopay so you do not miss your bill and incur any fees!
What information do I need to provide to rent a unit?
A phone number, email, and mailing address are the only requirements to begin renting your unit or parking space!
What items am I not allowed to store?
Perishables, plants, animals, stolen or illegal goods, flammable or hazardous items, combustible items, or liquids.
